The Professional Development Coordination Office is responsible for planning and implementing all in‐service training activities within the preparatory program. Within this framework, it organizes seminars, workshops, and conferences to strengthen the professional competencies of departmental instructors; it selects topics and makes necessary arrangements based on suggestions and requests from the assistant director or teaching staff. After each event, the office collects feedback from participating educators, prepares a report, and submits it to the administration.
In collaboration with in‐house expert faculty members, the office organizes presentations and workshops on various required topics, and—when needed—partners with academic stakeholders from other universities to plan joint professional development seminars. At the assistant director’s request, it conducts in‐class observation visits, provides constructive feedback to the observed instructors, and reports on the process. Moreover, if any issues arise during the training process, the office works with the relevant instructor to conduct a solution‐focused review, develop an action plan, and ensure smooth execution, while reporting all meetings and decisions to the supervising unit.
